Proper names abbrevations

We need better algorithm for last names abbrevation because some of them are to be put in authors index, the cover and the authors index.

For instance:

  • Gustavo Medina Toledo —> Medina Toledo, G.

  • Roberto da Silva -> da Silva, R.

  • Grégory Jevardat de Fombelle -> Jevardat de Fombelle, G.

  • Luis Manuel Sarro Baro –> Sarro Baro, L. M.

  • Jean-François Le Borgne –> Le Borgne (le Borgne?) J-F. J.-F. or J. F.

  • Hans Van Winckel –> van Winckel, H.

  • De France T.

  • El Youssoufi D.

  • El Jariri Y.

We need something to \author to make thing understood and stable. Perhaps \author{Gustavo {Medina Toledo}} would be enough.

More, last names like da Silva should be sorted as Silva, da At least according to Chicago Manual of Style (which I think it is because I don't have a copy).
